You can return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Your refund should typically arrive within two weeks after you hand the package to the return shipper. In many instances, you may receive the refund sooner.
