You can return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Your refund should typically arrive within two weeks after you hand the package to the return shipper. In many instances, you may receive the refund sooner. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the processing time once we receive the return (3 to 5 business days), and the bank's processing time for the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

To initiate a return, log in to your account, access the order through the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will send you an email notification once we have received and processed the returned item.

Due to increased demand and high volumes of packages being processed by our carriers, some orders may experience delays beyond the estimated delivery dates. We recommend placing your orders as early as possible to ensure timely delivery, especially for those special gifts.
